10 things we can not wait to do in Destiny 2

Publisher Activision, developer Bungie, 72andSunny, RSA Films, and Framestore have all teamed up to bring us a blockbuster live-action trailer ready for the upcoming release of their first-person action title Destiny 2.

"Bungie's '#Destiny 2' server #Queue is worse than you imagined and its latest reminders to players aren't promising as well".

The reddit user JMock78 has compiled a list of the Destiny 2 server release time.

PC players will have to twiddle their thumbs until 24 October, when the game launches on Microsoft Windows.

Alternatively, you can pick up a 500GB Xbox One S along with a copy of Destiny 2 for a total of $239.99 over at Amazon US. Japan will be released next.

Bungie has previously confirmed that Destiny 2 would feature tons of options and performance settings for PC users to tweak and modify, including an unlocked frame rate, native 21:9 aspect ratio support for UltraWide monitors, FOV sliders, custom key binds, and even a HUD toggle for awesome screenshots. You can shut down the game by hitting the menu button and selecting close on either PS4 or Xbox One. Without this, you clearly can't be a Destiny 2 fan.

Destiny 2 is launching on September 6, and this will be a "rolling launch".

As of the time of this post, Bungie has not updated its social media to explain the capacity problems.

For starters, there's no doubt that a lot of players on console (PS4 and Xbox One) are veterans and know a large majority of things and how they will work in Destiny 2.

Similarly, Destiny 2's Crucible somehow feels even tighter and more refined than Destiny: it could be the improved graphics, or the weapons' sound design.

"Therefore, we're going to roll out Guided Games as a limited-access "soft beta", where only a select number of solo players will be able to use Guided Games for the Nightfall on 9/12". Ammo is more plentiful than it was in Destiny 2's beta, and your special abilities recharge more quickly, too.

Many players are already streaming the game on Twitch, but steer clear if you're looking to stay spoiler-free, especially since the sequel's story is supposed to be much better this time around. You might have to hop between platforms above the electric seas of Titan or dig deep into a Vault of Glass-inspired Vex labyrinth while saving a friend on Nessus. The online shooter goes live this week to finally give Guardians a chance to continue their legend or start an all new one with fresh loot and content to explore.
