Rams vs. Cowboys: Highlights, game tracker and more

Week 4 of the National Football League season is upon us. It will be broadcast on FOX at 1 p.m. EST.

The Dallas Cowboys (2-1) are coming from a 28-17 victory over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3. The teams have split eight postseason meeting, all during a 13-season span from 1973-85 during the Rams' first tenure in Los Angeles. The Rams have notched 10 sacks in three games but also sprung a few leaks while giving up 19 fourth-quarter points in a 41-39 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on September 21.

There was a 45 minute delay in the game due to a lightning strike, however, not even that could shock the Bears into life, and they limply gave up the game to a far superior side. Their absence has been forcing Dallas to dig deep down the depth chart to replace them.

In their past two first quarters combined, the Cowboys have run 15 plays for 54 yards. He has also thrown as many touchdowns as a year ago, while committing just one turnover in the process.

"I made my mind up on this issue, that I wasn't going to comment other than I am very proud of the fact that the Dallas Cowboys and our players have always stood for the flag and the recognition for the flag always". The unit didn't sack Rams quarterback Jared Goff in the game, a week after constantly pressuring Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. The Los Angeles offense has been clicking on all cylinders and Dallas' defense will be tested once again. The Rams defense has had its struggles over the last two weeks.

What the Rams couldn't do, however, was remove the gold from their jerseys the way they did to their helmets and trousers.

Prior to the game, all signs point to the Cowboys standing for today's anthem. Goff's prolific start may regress somewhat over the coming months, but he finally looks like a player worthy of his lofty draft status.

Prescott earlier had a 10-yard scoring run that ended with a flip at the goal line as he tried to dive past three defenders.

Kudos to the Dallas Cowboys for their Monday night bounce-back win at Arizona.

"Anytime you go from Year 1 to Year 2, high school, college, the NFL, you just get more comfortable with everything, understand the system more and understand how the league works, how game day works and how practice works", Goff said. I like the Cowboys at home. For that reason alone, I believe this will be a lot closer of a game than you might expect. "He's not catching the ball out of the back field and (WR) Robert (Woods) and (WR) Sammy (Watkins) and (WR) Cooper (Kupp) and (WR) Tavon (Austin) and all the guys we got aren't catching the ball - if we don't have time".
